Equipment will be rented during normal business hours or by appointment. Every effort is made to provide safe and well-maintained equipment. 作为租客, you are responsible for ensuring the equipment is what you need and that you know how to properly use it.

户外休闲 cannot be responsible for your knowledge of the equipment or how you will use it when you leave.

预订政策

Equipment is not considered “reserved” until full payment is received.

户外休闲 reserves the right to rent equipment on a first-come, first-serve basis. Most equipment is available in sufficient quantities, but it cannot be guaranteed. 

Equipment is rented on a daily (up to 24 hours), weekend (48-72 hours depending on season) and weekly (7 days) timeframe. 

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. If a longer rental is required, it will be at the block rate, plus the number of days beyond that block rate.

Every effort is made to provide safe and well-maintained equipment. By renting equipment from 户外休闲 and signing their contract you have a personal responsibility to know how to properly and safely use the equipment.

户外休闲 will provide functional gear in good repair, but it is ultimately up to you where your knowledge and skill level stands with regards to its use.

了解自己的极限

The student 工作人员 members at 户外休闲 will go out of their way to help you get familiar with the gear you are renting, teach you how to transport a canoe or kayak and offer local information on risks and hazards.

Once you leave, we cannot be responsible for bad decisions or damage you cause to gear.

You need to make sure you pay attention, understand and not act outside of what your skill level is.

Damage to equipment is expensive and limits access to the next customer looking for gear.

We take cash or credit card payments.  All transactions originate at 户外休闲 with payment occurring at 校园娱乐 Guest Services.  Please note there is Minnesota sales tax on all rentals.

存款

存款 are required for certain items that require extra care or are particularly high maintenance. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

The return of your deposit is at the sole discretion of 户外休闲 at the time the equipment is returned.  If equipment is broken or damaged due to improper use or carelessness the deposit will be withheld.

Dirty or wet gear is subject to a $35 charge.                    

取消/退款

Refunds are issued through the St. 云州's Business Office and require submission of a refund request form.

户外休闲 can not issue a refund on the spot. Refund checks are issued through the State of Minnesota and sent by mail. It may take up to and take up to two weeks.

通用设备:

• Any cancelled equipment (>24 hours) will be eligible to receive a 90%退款.
• Equipment canceled on the day of pick up will result in a loss of all fees paid.

独木舟/皮艇/航天飞机:

• Equipment must be canceled three (3) days before the pick-up date to receive a 90%退款.
• If the cancellation occurs less than three (3) days prior to pick-up date you will receive a 50%退款.
• Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to pick up will result in loss of all fees paid.
